Delivery Details

All of our products are delivered via two leading shipping carriers(i.e) The United States Postal Services and DHL Express Shipping Company. We always desire to dispatch all the packages on the same working day on which we receive the orders. Weekend orders will be dispatched on very next business day because our associated shipping carriers will not function on the weekends. Even orders will not process and dispatched during bank and festival holidays.

The following shipping methods are available:

  • Traditional Delivery – 5-7 business days – $10
  • Express Delivery – 2-3 Business days – $20
  • International Delivery – 3-5 business days – $25-$70(based on the location)

You can easily trace your parcel within your account page. Just you have to click on “Order Tracking Status” link and so you can able to view the status of your delivery. Or else you can track your package through shipping carrier websites which you have chosen for your order delivery. A unique tracking number will be provided to you once your package has been dispatched from our place. With the unique Tracking ID, you can get trace your parcel on the respective shipping service provider website.

We assure that all of our packages are plain covering for discreet shipping of your products and pharmacy goods. Signature on the receipt is required for all of our deliveries as this will help us to know the status of customers receives the products by themselves in their hand. Make sure to be present at your location while delivery packages reach near to your place in order to collect your parcel. Since you can check it through our order tracking status page or shipping carrier website.

In case if you are not available at your home to receive your order package, shipping carrier representative left a card at your doorstep. This card will indicate where you should come and collect the parcel or how to avail re-delivery.

Customers those who are not able to collect the package which you have missed and arrange re-delivery by requesting the shipping carrier, we can reship the products to the same address and this occurs within 25 days.

Handling Undeliverable packages and inappropriate addresses

All delivery parcels are returned back to us as undeliverable. We issue the full refund for undeliverable packages that are returned back to our pharmacy. We are not able to reship the undeliverable packages for some other reasons. Still, if you are looking for an undeliverable parcel, you are most welcome to re-order the medicine again with our online pharmacy.

Undeliverable Package Reasons

Our shipping service provider may indicate the package as undeliverable for some reasons. Here we listed some of the valid reasons.

  • Inappropriate Address

The delivery service providers return packages to our location in case of an appropriate or outdated address given by customers. So kindly ensure your address cautiously while filling the details at the delivery page. Suppose if you want to remove an inappropriate or outdated address from your profile account, then click on the link “Address Book” in My Account page.

  • Other Address issues

In some situations, the label address becomes unreadable at the time of order processing and delivery or shipping service provider deliver the package to another address rather than printed on the address label.

  • Delivery Package Decline by Customer

If a gift recipient does not receive the gift along with their package, they would not accept to receive the package from the shipping carrier. So the carrier returns back the parcel to us.

Shipping Restrictions

Manufacturer restrictions and warranty issues help us to ship certain medicine products to all other countries across the world. Even you can notice when you are ordering the products that we are not able to ship particular products to the location you have chosen.
